I couldn't lift weights for a while after I began because of the pain that I felt in my upper back. And I had the experience of a great trainer too to help me out. It's just natural. But please see a doctor if you do not feel better in a week or so. I don't want anything to happen to you.<BR/><BR/>Congratulations on your 13 pound weight loss. That is so wonderful! I gave myself a little "treat" (not food) after even ten pounds that I lost, and you deserve at least that much.
