Oh my, I bet this is really hard to do! You will have such a small waist if you keep it up. I don't know if I could still hula hoop or not. I used to love it when I was young. Great video.

I thought you did really well, particularly when you have to reverse directions because I really struggle with that one. I can relate to the help help part, when I do the run I can't move for about 5 minutes. The last time I laid face down in my own drool and didn't care because I just wanted to breathe!
Mike you are so funny but I do know where you are coming from. Sometimes I feel like the old ticker is going to pound right out of the chest.I have discovered that I can not stand still on one leg. Sometimes I wonder why I bought a machine to tell me that I am fat and unbalanced.
Great job! This isn't the easiest of the exercises on the Wii Fit, but it's worth it.

SKW it is hard work but worth it. And it does make burning calories more fun.
